Happy Hanukkah

I love being part of a mixed religion family - both Judaism and Christianity have such rich traditions, especially this time of year. I converted to Judaism because I felt it was important for our immediate family to be one religion, but I feel so lucky that my kids will still be exposed to Christmas and all of its magic from my side of the family.

In honor of the first night of Hanukkah I wanted to share a simple and gorgeous menorah from Michael Aram at Saks Fifth Avenue. This also happens to be the very menorah that graces our dining room table, which we'll be lighting tonight.

Happy Hanukkah!
