Pantone's 2011 Color Inspiration

So, as you all know, I'm obsessed with color - especially as it relates to interior design and textiles...and no one knows color better than Pantone

Anyway, I just got off of an online seminar that they offered titled Color Trends: the Catalyst that Create Change - PANTONEVIEW home + interiors 2011. It was so inspirational to see the gorgeous color combinations that are being predicted for interiors next year! In total, there were nine palettes, which you can read more about here. However, my all time favorite palette is one called FRAGMENTS and here's the description of it:

A compilation of varying cultures from all over the globe, Fragments picks up pieces of diverse places and weaves them into an integrated whole. Kilims and carpets, found fabrics, ornamental beads and even discarded bottle caps destined for landfills are cleverly joined to form an eclectically colored patchwork of amber, grenadine red, hot pink, baked clay, citron, grape, cadmium green and bright gold.

I'm supposed to get an email from Pantone within the next week that includes the specific colors which comprise each of the nine palettes. Let me know if you'd like to receive a copy of it.
